Sitting in the hills of Fish Creek, this new home takes full advantage of its outlook over Wilsons Prom. The clients’ brief was for a modest footprint that still offered generous, light filled spaces, that would sit comfortably in the surrounding landscape. Spotted gum decking wraps around the front of the home to create outdoor living areas that blend seamlessly with the natural setting, while burnished concrete floors inside provide a sense of warmth, durability, and ease. Sustainability was kept front of mind, with thoughtful design choices that reduce energy use and ensure the home will be efficient and comfortable year round.
